As the culminating project for this blog of mine, I hosted a Read a Book on the Quad day last week! Unfortunately, the weather was somewhat temperamental and went from being sunny and beautiful to being overcast, chilly, and windy. Regardless, I had a great time reading on the quad and loved to see people out there with their books! Sounds good to me. Good, because I do not like to exercise. I think this book .

Here you will find mostly books and sometimes bakes. Book number 2 is this fiery-covered beauty. In the Shadow of the Banyan by Vaddey Ratner. Do read it if you want beautiful, poignant writing about a heartbreaking and largely forgotten period in history.
