I recently met marnie at the barn where i ride once a week. we were chatting in the tack room, and as we polished our bridles after our lesson this week, i mentioned that my boys were growing and selling herbs this year as a small business endeavour. she suggested we come and visit her on her farm, and take any extra herbs she might have. The new herbs are now snug in our garden beds.

Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Very Colombian Experience - Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal. We got up early from our country spot in Salento and took a short ride into town. From there, we took a bus 1 hour to Pereira. From Pereira, a 25 minute bus ride to Santa Rosa de Cabal, then a taxi ride to the hot springs. There is even a little cave to escape the heat. The soaking pool varies from hot to comfortable to body temperature as you move away from the falls.
