Why is this blog here? Posted in Mental Health. I was born 37 years ago. Sixteen years ago, a week to the day, my father died. I was protecting him from that fall out of shame and guilt. That self loathing that follows the explosion. The looking in the mirror and feeling like a monster crawls under your skin. I was going to be there to let him know.
