Thursday, 29 March 2012. Winners of the Rochdale Borough Design Awards. The Pavilion Restaurant at Birtle Brook Retirement Village in Bury has been awarded the Rochdale Borough Design Award trophy! This is the third consecutive Rochdale Borough Design Award for CJ Partnership who designed the village. Birtle Brook Village has been shortlisted for the RICS North West Awards in the regeneration category.
