We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring unknown. Remember that everyone you meet is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something. Make it a practice to judge persons and things in the most favorable light at all times and under all circumstances.
