PARSED CONTENT

The site had the following in the homepage, "Black Falcons at Werribee Treatment Plant." I noticed that the web site stated " Birds as Poetry Main site and index." They also stated " Black Falcons at Werribee Treatment Plant. There have been reports of Black Falcons at the treatment plant for several months, but with one exception, we havent been able to get a good view of them. However that all changed on Monday 26th of March. To our great delight, the birds flew out of the trees and began quite an aerial display. The light was good, and so I managed some passable photos."

Following Black Swans Birds as PoetryPhotography by David Jenkins. Following the Banded Swan Programme birds

Following the Banded Swan Programme birds. To get a feel of the programme, Dorothy and I went down to Albert Park on Sunday 15th April. We found quite a number of banded swans, and two in particular had interesting encounters. The neck collar is not tight, it is just that he has puffed up his neck feathers. On feeding birds, it slips up and down the neckline quite easily. The Victor then threw a great display of neck stretching and wing flapping and calling.
