One woman and her positive way to tackle chronic pain. Rocking the Geek title this week. This weeks push outside my comfort zone made my think. Originally I planned to do some crazy exhilarating stuff. And believe me there will be plenty of that too! But this week I had to remind myself that doing something brave could be on a bit more of a low key scale. That it could be something that just pushed me outside my day to day comfort zone.
