The consortium - consisting of tree well-known European Universities, tree training institution and a big private school foundation is going to develop guide lines for quality in blended Learning. The KickOff Workshop took place at the DigiLab of the University of Rome La Sapienza. All consortium members were attending, the project plan was accepted and first work packages coordinated.
