TOPS - Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. Ok not only am I on a journey to have healthy hair but be healthy overall. I have gained about 40 pounds in the last 4 years. yes 10lbs a year hard to swallow but its true. So this is another journey I have started a few months ago to loose weight.
