Friday, May 15, 2009. I am still running 4 days a week getting ready for the half marathon and I did my fastest three miles the other day which was 28 minutes and 6 seconds. My clothes fit better, I just wish I had a little more will power to stay away from that Old Bryce Town Ice Cream! Maybe next week will be better.
