Domingo, 15 de diciembre de 2013. Pastel de Zanahorias y Naranja. Esta primavera unos amigos del país vecino, vinieron a visitarme y con ellos trajeron unos maravillosos libros de cocina francesa. Como saben que me gusta la repostería decidieron por endulzarme un poco más la vida. La receta que hoy os propongo es de uno de ellos, 70 gateaux incontournables de grand mere.
