Tales of the Gate and other Phenomena. It is difficult to produce a television documentary that is both incisive and probing, when every twelve minutes one is interrupted by twelve dancing rabbits singing about toilet paper. With time on my hands, I watch TV. There are some very good shows on National Geographic, Discovery, History, Science channels and a few others. PBS if they keep politics out of it. Unless I call a lawyer.
Thursday, March 8, 2012. This will be the last post for this blog. I know it has been a long time since I last posted anything. So that is the sad news. Right now we are in the midst of getting ready for the final moving sale on Friday and Saturday, packing what we will keep till we decide for sure on what we are doing and packing the t.
Stories from everyday life! Nice Flashback This Morning. After getting up this morning and opening the back door to let the dogs out, a flashback hit me due to the unusual weather conditions here. The smell in the air of wet falling leaves. Gentle damp breezes stirring among the tree tops. Not cold at all, but a southern Florida morning damp winter warmth. Our campsite at the KOA in Kissimmee, FL. That was such a wonderful trip filled with many wonderful memories.
Doris and Dave started their Excellent Adventure March 25th, 2011. We sold or gave away everything, moved into our RV and hit the road.
