Labor Day weekend was full of surprises! One is of the male, who had come to the edge and was splashing and rolling around in the shallow clear water. I was lucky enough to catch mom and baby swim by as they watched the male be silly.
I thought this would be an easy post with Halloween coming up, but that did not work out.
As we left and rode back across the bridge I stopped to take a photo. I asked the man to pose in front of the bridge but he put his head down and waved me off and hurried back into his little shack. So I got to wondering. Do you think the guy just showed up one day, erected the gate and started to collect tolls? Since he only charges non residents, nobody cares. Do you think? May 13, 2015. This is one pretty healthy head of hair but I must say I would not like to be carrying it around all day. On this clear day, we took a walk under the Ringling Causeway, toward Harts Landing. This young boy is throwing out his casting net to catch his bait for fishing later. And down the seawall is a gentleman fishing with a fishing pole.
