This is my final post here at Frontera Tales, at least for now. Class is winding down and I am 20 days away from graduation. And I hope you, the reader, feel that way too.
Exploring the Barrios of Tucson on a weekly basis. Sunday, April 24, 2011. Well the semester is coming to a close and graduation is just weeks away! I must say this semester has been quite the whirlwind, but Border Beat. Has been a pretty amazing experience! In the last 16 weeks I have explored Barrio Veijo and Barrio Anita. Was truly an experience unlike any other. Monday, April 18, 2011.
Following and covering sports and international athletes. Another week has gone by and another sports packed weekend is into the books. This weekend I worked with quite a few international athletes and this past week in Border Beat I featured a story. A native of Cabrils, Barcelona, Spain, today was his final home match, after competing for Arizona for four years.

They also stated " It is crazy how time has flown writing on this blog and the spring semester of my Junior year. The class I was writing for, for those of you who dont know, is called Border Beat. Our job was to report on everything that surrounds border issues. It was so rewarding to be apart of the Border Beat staff.
