Monday, December 19, 2016. There was no sign of the European Starling. Saturday morning, but bizarrely in the same area an immature Rose-coloured Starling. Was present with the same flock of Pied Mynas. The second new Starling for the patch in a week! Though slightly more common than European Starling. Pied Myna by Fred Rowe.
Friday, April 13, 2018. It was another productive trip to Infanta. Such as the Elegant Tits, Sulphur-billed Nuthatches, and Yellowish White-eyes. We all had an exciting time taking photos of the yet unidentified species. We returned to where the group was and had another .

After the summer lull, waders are now flocking back to our shores. We are in the early phase of autumn migration and many species can still be seen in their charismatic breeding plumage.
