Tuesday, January 30, 2018. This blog post was dug up from the archives. It took us about 6 hours to get to Winthrop, WA. If you went straight there from our house it would take about 3. We took a lot of time stopping and visiting sites along the way. Adalyn has motion sickness which usually results in her head hurting. BUT they did quite well on this trip! This place was INCREDIBLE.

Monday, August 10, 2015. Iron Goat Trailheads and Routes near Stevens Pass. The Iron Goat Trail is rich in railroad history and located on National Forest land near Stevens Pass. While it is possible for seasoned hikers to trek the entire trail in one day, breaking up the trail into smaller adventures by trailhead opens up many possibilities for hikers of all abilities.
