This is an example of happines shown through a close up shot. Close ups are favourable when showing facial expressions as it allows the audience to focus on that particular charcter. it also might make the audience feel uncomfortable making them feel like they are invading the charcters privacy, especially if the character is upset. This picture shows an example of love and affection opposed to the next picture which shows anger and violence.
