Ramen is my current obsession, with pork ramen being my favourite, and the most important topping for a good pork ramen is melt in your mouth chashu, aka Japanese marinated braised pork belly. One of our favorite dishes that goes great with everything is this fantastic potato recipe. You can make it in the oven as well. 2-3 minced cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
