A New Decade, A New Year, A New Me? January 1, 2010. Wow, I cant believe that we are already a full decade into this century. Time flies when youre having fun, or in my case, while Im wasting time. As for actual writing, Ive finished one manuscript, and have started several others. Have quite a few ideas in the works. Seems so simple to see it in print, it doesnt really look like much. But its definitely harder than it looks. Im off to get a jump on my resolution. Id love to hear them. No Not eve.PARSED CONTENT

Oscar and I spent several hours in the cool of that natural air-conditioning. A soft cool occasional breeze off the glacier-fed stream brushes my arms and shoulders. Oscar stretches out beside me, offering his belly for me to scratch. The light filtered through trees creates patterns of bright green among the moss and ferns across the creek.
