Did a 13 mile route from the house that took me immediately into a 400 foot descent for a mile, then a relatively flat section. This was nice for warming up the legs. After that I re-ascended the hill on a nice steady Cat 5 climb. Some Hill Practice after a Nice Warmup.
Just another cycling and nonsense related blog. This was my only indoor session. Only indoor session on a bike that is! Sarahjane and I played badminton again. Cayo, my road bike, had her first session indoors this week.

The site had the following in the homepage, "A 1200km ride in France blog." I noticed that the web site stated " My first year in WA." They also stated " I was stoked about joining Seattle International Randonneurs. Theirs was the biggest group I noticed at PBP in 2011, the reason why I got into this pastime. So I was very much up for the challenge, careering up and down hills, sweeping through vine covered valleys and the like. However, life did not turn out like that.
