I forgot to post my totals yesterday. Last week was poor on the running front, with just 14km logged. Today was a proper stretch session to help ease my slightly achy post-10k muscles, with a bit of core thrown in for good measure.

The site had the following in the homepage, "The road to the 2015 Brighton Marathon and whatever comes next." I noticed that the web site stated " Another wet week of training." They also stated " It seems to have been a very long and hard week of training this week and Im beginning to feel a bit worn out for some reason. I really enjoyed last Sundays swim and bike, but after that I just found everything else quite draining. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Here it is, possibly the best recipe I own. I got it from my friend Brianna - and it is worth the time to make this one. My kids even like it! Added 1-4-10 - I previously forgot to add Black Beans to the assembly list below when putting these together. They are seriously a must if you happened to have tried this recipe already. 3-5 lb pork loin or pork roast. 1 tsp dry ground mustard.
