My real-life experience with Crisis Comm. Last summer, I worked with General Growth Properties in Alpharetta at their North Point Mall location. GGP owns and operates malls and shopping centers around the country. I was a general intern, but worked closely with the marketing head and the GM of the mall. One bad pitch can cause an uproar.
