So I guess rainy days equals the perfect time to do my Final ECMP 355 Reflection. Ever since I have discovered Prezi. I managed to take the things I learned that were most important to me and create my Final ECMP 355 Reflection.
The Adventures of a Professional Educator. I have actually managed to write 3 or more blog postings a week! As I was looking back on my blog I surprised myself, I took on three classes in this semester and it was a lot of work. I had to constantly set reminders, set goals and remain on task for each class. It was a crazy semester and it went by so fast. For my assignments and during my blogs I have used many resources such as Twitter.
Treasures of Teaching and Moments with Tea. A Healthy Alternative to Dirt Pudding. I wanted my soil layers snack to be nutritional so I developed a yogurt parfait that creates a great visual to help students understand soil layers. Low-sugar yogurt with stirred fruit.
During this class I felt that I contributed to the learning of others by sharing my own learning experiences on my blog, and I was even able to post at least three times every week! Any time I came across something that interested me and I wanted to learn more about I shared it on my blog. Examples of these posts are Studentsand Social Media. Should We Be Concerned? Teaching is not just educating. Intelligence plus Character is the goal of Education. What did I learn from others? By reading what my ecmp355 peers posted every week, I learned about different technology tools and resources that could be used in class to make teaching relevant and engaging.
