Sunday, October 13, 2013. Alright so my little break turned into a big break. Oh and by the way, the jelly tastes amazing too! The process for these can take a bit of time. I chose to use fresh pomegranates so they needed to be deseeded and juiced. For just the Pomegranate Jelly, I used the recipe on the Sure Jell website. 1 box Low Sugar Sure Jell Pectin.
