This will detail my training and preparation for LeJog attempt in August 2011 www. Day One Lands End to Okehampton 106 tough miles. Day Two Okehampton to Bristol 108 miles it was nearly my last. Day three Bristol to Shawbury 114 could be longest day. Day Four Shawbury to Preston 81 an unusually short day. Day Five Preston Gretna Green 95 miles including Shap.
