Week 12 Conclusions Next Steps. The purpose of this research was to determine if math anxiety had a negative affect on behavior and whether or not modifications to my teaching style could curb the anxiety and or negative behavior. By becoming more self-aware and making modifications to how I teach it made a positive impact on student behavior.
