It was probably the College Bound. Making that movie was extremely tiring, but it was a fun overall experience.

Posted on May 9, 2011. Out of all those books . I just want to say in my opinion 1984 needs to get thrown out of the list. Fahrenheit 451 was pretty good though.

because it relates to today and whats in it needs to get out there in high schools.

Whirligig because it shows how every situation is a learning experiance. And also speak because it shows the importance of speaking up when you need too. My favorite assignment was way back at the beginning of the year. I really liked cutting out the magazines and finding words that describe ourselves. i liked it because it tied in with out identity unit but also helped us all get to know eachother better. Hahah i know its weirdd.

If there was one book that every freshmen should have to read it would be Cold Sassy Tree becasue it is a good book and has lots of life lessons. My favorite assignment was reading cold sassy because I actually enjoyed that book and it was easy to read. My favorite author is DR. I like his style because its easy to read and the diction is simple.

I think everyone should read whirligig. its the only one i actually enjoyed and its short. I chose this link because i like blakes word choices and he can make any topic funny. it is just like his personality.

If I had to choose a book that all freshmen had to read it would be Nothing by Nothing McNothing. I understand how America has many different cultures and what not but I think that America has their own certain.

Unlike everyone else, I really liked 1984. The overall message of it is extremely frightening. The message is so strong everyone should read it. My favorite assignment was the satire. It was fun to write, and it was very easy. The satire came to me naturally, so I enjoyed it.
