One night at the Larmer Tree Festival. I seem to be doing a lot of things relatively spontaneously at the moment and today was no exception! I got offered a free ticket to the Larmer festival which I took up and went with 3 friends after work. Ordinarily the festival runs from Wednesday but as this year is its 25th running, Sir Tom Jones who was headlining the Wednesday also put an extra date for the Tuesday.

They also stated " I asked for help for the first time. I was very aware that there was something not quite right. I wasnt eating properly, I wasnt sleeping properly, I felt sad All.
