Observations of an overseas life, from a Canadian in The Netherlands. As an expat, there is one item that one should never be without a valid passport. So every five years, well 4 years and 10 months or so, the performance begins. Therefore it is with relief that I look forward to receiving a passport with current technology.

Musings of a Canadian in Denmark. Aurlandsfjord is a 29km long branch off of Sognefjord, the longest of the Norwegian fjords at 205km. Aurlandsfjord is broader and much more exposed to prevailing winds. Stigen farm perched high on the mountainside between Nærøyfjord and Undredal. Note the kayaks in the water. Past Undredal, the fjord broadens and makes a sharp.
