A blog about the Monterey Area and wherever life takes me. New Theme For The Blog. So I thought upon coming back I would give it a new theme. That way I can start fresh. Kind of like a whole new me as I start again putting work and time and effort into something that we can all enjoy. Please by all means let me know what you think about the new theme. The Continuing Adventures of Eric and Noelle. Tuesday, March 28, 2017. An Early Spring Rainy River Roadtrip. It was a beautiful early spring day in the Borderland and I took advantage with a quick roadtrip along the Rainy River from International Falls to Baudette. I headed out of town around 9 am and drove Minnesota Highway 11 through the mostly snow-free agricultural lands to the west. My first stop was the Manitou Rapids Wayside on the Rainy River. I walked down to the riverside.
A group of dirt bikers I know have been planning a motorcycle trip to Ecuador for 6 months now. Unfortunately, one of their riders had an accident a week before the trip which left a spot on their tour. The best way to get around is on horseback and the Green Horse Ranch. One of the great things about the Green Hors.
