Friday, June 26, 2015. No time like the first birthday to post a birth story and pictures! We started out the day bright and early at the Breakfast Club downtown, as per tradition. Thursday, May 14, 2015. Elaina has been asking me for bangs, so I finally gave her some today. And then of course Chloë decided she wanted some too. I have very mixed feelings about it. Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Cocoa in a Tea Pot. Elaina got a sweet little tea set from Mr. She loves having little tea parties, and sometimes we get to have hot cocoa for a special treat. Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Running around, working, transporting a ton of kids to a ton of activities. Not wanting to eat out. Are you feeling strong, my friend? Obviously the answer to the question in the title is YES. Today marks the end of the first week and the beginning of my second week of my competition diet. After only one week on my new diet, I feel a huge difference! I have been finding it helpful to recall scripture, sing psalms, or just find something else to occupy my mind when I am feeling discouraged or tempted. The more inspirational the distraction, the better.
