IGF - A big thanks! I want to thank the people of IDRC for the giving me the opportunity to attend the IGF this year, and for all its support before, during and after the conference. They also stated " It was often difficult to follow exactly what was going on, as formal presentations were discouraged . Many of the presenters simply read off their computer screens which the rest of us could not see.
