Since this class was so short I really had to be on task and get some of the tools out that I have not used since we got out for the summer. I feel as if this class really helped me understand more about how technology works and how I can incorporate it in my class. The readings and articles that we read were relevant to our subject and very interesting. Overall this was a great class and I would recommend it to any other student! June 26, 2010.
This chapter needs a disclaimer. Chapter 2 is an excellent introduction to creating an online class. The major themes running through the chapter are critical for structuring and maintaining an online environment that empowers students and meets their human needs. It so important to stay current and not use the same, perhaps dated, resources.
I have also loved learning to blog. Creating my own blog has been very rewarding. This forced me to study the process and take leaps of faith. It worked! Lesson Plan for High School Spanish II.
However, I must admit the layout of this course was as close to an in class dialogue on-line that you can get. I really enjoyed the last article. Not that it was the best article ever written, but it got me thinking of common sense ways of introducing vocabulary to the class.
