And so the wheel of time comes around for another pass. We humans are very, very good at progress, if nothing else, and in the cavalcade of history we do little else but put one foot firmly in front of the other, walking, running, sprinting, moving in leaps and bounds, as the situation commands. That being said, I left this paper abandoned, a quarter written, for a nigh fortnight. Do with this what you will, as I continue to advance, one foot in front of the other.
