We got new sidewalks all over our neighborhood. The sidewalks were so small or rough that we ended up walking in the street most of the time. They came in and pulled up the old sidewalk and cut the street so they could make the sidewalk wider. There was no survey or people marking the road beforehand. They just had a guy come out with a saw and he eyed where they wanted to put it.

We have now been here for 10 and a half months. Life is just as crazy as ever but has settled down in some ways. As much as we love it here it will be nice to have some much missed faces here.

Go to a local Reformed church and look for one. If no Reformed church is available, look for the guy in the back of your local non-denominational church, furiously writing notes during the sermon in order. An awesome post by my awesome best friend. From license plate to real life.
