I noticed that the web site stated " Now that I am considered to be low-income I am available for the Oregon Health Plan, but their coverage is also limited." They also stated " I worry about my health daily because I have a wife and kids, but what can I do. The most likely answer will be an increase in taxes. The City of Antioch completed a recent Crossing Guard Study that identified schools needing additional resources. In this study, some school sites were found to have no need for the crossing guards, and others that required the guards to be moved to another crosswalk area. This study was presented to the School Board and approved to begin changes with the upcoming new school year of 2015-2016. Police Chief, City C.
