Now that summer is here again Im looking back on goals I set last summer and am disappointed in myself for not coming as far as I would have liked. But Im not going to kill myself over it. I am down twenty pounds, my blood pressure and heart rate are normal again, I have energy to actually make it through the day, and Im finally healthy again. Breakfast eggs scrambled with sautéed kale, onions, and broccoli. Lunch chicken salad over spinach. Here are just a few of the ways I throw my time away.
