Wednesday, September 28, 2011. 3 distance race at the Redman Triathlon. We embarked on a long road trip to OKC a couple of days before the race. OKC is around 400 miles from Austin. We stopped in Dallas for some pre-race carb loading at New Start Veggie Garden.
