Tuesday, June 11, 2013. I remember the day I was eating lunch at the mall by myself and Tracie walked in with her friend and sat with me. Yes, I ate alone. Heck, I even went to the movies alone. Well, with strangers but none of them called me mom and wanted to come in the stall. I enjoyed MY time! I have a 9 year old and a newborn. I will not settle and I will not put my kids 2nd to anyone. Sunday, July 19, 2015. After we left OKC, our first stop was a short drive to Hays, Kansas where it was a gazillion degrees and nothing but prairie as far as the eye can see. But the next night, we in Vail, Colorado, where it was a cool 83 degrees and this was the view from our hotel room. We had a pretty fun hotel room that was 2 stories. It was a challenge keeping the boys from trying to be dare devils on the spiral stair case and banister.
