Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Sunday, September 11, 2016. This is part two of a multipart series I started a few months back. It was with this progress that I knew I could take a crack at Half Dome and maybe, just maybe make it to the top.

Here I am, my last night. I have checked into my flight and packed my bags. This is my last night in Uruguay. This year I have learned lessons on trust, communication, expectations, relationships, loneliness, independence, and faith.

All of the tin was removed and we were able to recycle most of it for use in other projects. The cement board siding, and the new plywood underneath it, will do a much better job and stopping the cold winds of winter. The roof was also painted and several areas that we leaking were repaired. Matt built a bed frame and shelf for the bedroom and I was able to find a great deal on a new comforter for the bed. We also totally rearranged the storage area in the back of the building.
