I noticed that the web site stated " I also think utilizing StrengthsQuest and finding out how to make use of our strengths was extremely beneficial and now I always think about strengths in a group setting when working on a project with a team." Little did I know that after four semesters, I would walk away with an assortment of friends to support me, an incredible life advisor, and a new outlook on my overall growth and self as a whole.

While thinking about how I did with my pledge this week, I have to say that I probably did not do the best job. I pledged to let myself take a break and relax once in a while.
