My booth is setup and ready for you. The big question,? Will quilters venture out? We vendors sure hope so. I saw some amazing booths and quilts. My booth location has changed since last year.
Friday, February 11, 2011. It is a Kim McLean pattern. It was lovely to finally meet Janet from Quiltsalott. This is Cathy from Cabbage Quilts. And it was great to finally meet her. I was very disappointed last year I missed out on meeting her when she called into Material Obsession as I was on the Queen Vic trip. My Group told me how lovely she was and now I know too.
Wednesday, March 21, 2018. I have this top almost ready to quilt. Next up is this set of blocks that I started around six or so years ago. The diamond blocks are all ready to sew together. My pleasures and frustrations of my quilting on a day to day basis. Wednesday, 12 August 2015. Festival of Quilts 2015 Part 2. Another quilt which took my eye in the two person section was this one of cotton squares called Kisses For My Daughter by Donna Cumming and Carol Fearson of NZ. Silk dupion revealed by fabric manipulation of black cotton. The bright silks just sing in the black cotton. And sometimes the back is as good if not better than the front.
