Love, Truth and Life overflow. In my short professional career, I have not had many people or companies pitch ideas to me in a formal setting. Even so, being a Communications graduate, I have a pretty a good idea of how of the kind of conduct expected. Some of these expectations also boil down to common sense and a general sense of respect.
Having worked in diverse fields over the years, one challenge that has been a constant is who takes responsibility. Even when people have a clear job description and have worked in the industry for decades, the challenge remains. It could be as simple as okaying a directive to as heavy as appending a signature. Some will over delegate their duties to avoid accountability. Others will micro-manage others duties to evade transparency.
