National Kids Day is on the first Sunday of August. It is meant to be a day that is spent with your kids, reminding them that they are loved and have your attention. I have a challenge for you to celebrate this special occasion for your children. Have a conversation with your kids. Ask questions, and listen to them. Get out the finger paints, play dough, or any other kind of craft supplies and create something with them. Play a game, or watch a movie.
