The site had the following in the homepage, "Ramblings, thoughts, opinions, and everything in between." I noticed that the web site stated " The Customer is NOT always right." They also stated " The saying the customer is always right needs to be banished from retail. It is a phrase that is stupid and arrogant. Being someone who worked in retail for years and dealt with customers who think theyre always right, hearing this phrase makes me want to strangle someone.
