Just quickly checking in with a quick update on how my Christmas Eve. I started my day with an early workout. Then I did the usual stretching and replenished with a protein shake and some chocolate milk. For the rest of the day I helped my parents out tidying up and wrapping gifts for extended family.

It was a rough year but I made it. The thought makes me excited but extremely nauseous and overwhelmed.

The Chronicles of a Hungry Girl on the Run! May 31, 2011. Yesterday was such a great, lazy day. I love days that have absolutely nothing on the agenda.

A lot of really nice comments. And of course, a lot of recipes. Many of them my own, while many of them the genius of others. And yet, I still go back my old favorites.
