Today I begin a new life . By Monday I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I started medication that day and overnight had a serious and severe reaction to the medication. On Tuesday morning my 70-year old aunt drove me back in to the doctor, and to the pharmacy to get a new prescription.

Week 8 Where is my TV. Wow was I a miserable failure. I had the biggest pair of scissors I could find, and yes I was full of determination. I just could not commit TV suicide. I just could not cut off the plug. The good news is that I have not watched TV at all this week and I have not missed it at all. Great exercise for forming new habits and achieving more. This made me draw a parallel with the power of the subconscious mind. What a wonderful creative powerhouse we have as a nat.
