They used some amazing words in their diaries, like perish and dreadful. Hopefully you will be able to hear a recording of them very soon! What questions would you ask them if you could? Sunday, July 26, 2015. I just wanted to say thank you to you all for the lovely gifts that I had at the end of term. I have been overwhelmed by your generosity and kindness. Saying goodbye to my class is always difficult, but they are very ready to move on and become juniors. They should feel very proud of themselves. I feel thoroughly spoilt! Thursday, July 14, 2016. Today Rowan Class learned how to make pinch pot clay owls. Once again they blew my socks right off with their brilliant listening skills, concentration and determination. It really was a super effort from all and they were rewarded with some fantastic looking owls. This morning we have been flying helicopters, making castles, making witches fly and making mazes! And, much to my surprise, the next morning we took the first boat out and he learned to ski. My cousin, Randy, has a boom on his boat that allows the little ones to actually ski beside the boat using about a 3 ft rope.
