Thursday, 9 December 2010. Cant believe it i manage to lose 4. 5lbs this week making it a total of 45. 5lbs! I,ve only got 4. 5lbs till my 50lbs i can almost taste it still aiming to get this done for xmas got 2 weeks to do it in! So this week i,ll be mostly doing exercise! Gonna drink plently of water!
