I am convinced I am either not normal or that at some point I am going to fall apart and need to see my therapist. Why? Because I am happier than I have been in nearly 2 years. I just broke up with my long term boyfriend 2 weeks ago today and I am on cloud 9. Feeling so sexy and desirable.

I went to see my therapist today and immediately after, had an appointment with my doctor also. In therapy, we talked about how my anxiety is heightened and my chest pains are becoming a real issue for me. So she suggested I see my doctor about medication. Ive tried to not go to medication for the simple fact that I dont like not knowing whether or not the side effects will show in me. January 22, 2016.
